Paul Reel, D.O.

Paul Reel, D.O., was born and raised in Texas. He graduated from East Texas State University and went to medical school at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. Upon completion of medical school he entered and completed his Internship and Residency in Family Practice in Kingsport, TN. From there he began in private practice in Davis, OK and was there for eight years before coming to Tishomingo. He has been blessed with the opportunity to do mission work in Africa and Cambodia, as well as Mexico and here in the States. His passion is serving God and enjoying his wife and four children.
 

Hans Fichtenberg, D.O.

Hans Fichtenberg, D.O. was born in East Prussia, Germany and came to America for his education. He attended Anderson University, a Christian school in Anderson, Indiana. He attended medical school at Kansas City Health Sciences Medical Center and graduated with a D.O. degree in 1963. His Internship and Residency in General Surgery were at Tulsa Regional Medical Center. He was in private practice from 1967-2004. He is Board Certified in General Surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. His love for medicine, patient care and contact brought him to FHCSO. He loves playing tennis, is very active in his church and loves traveling with his wife. He has four children and four grandchildren.
 

Clayton Garrett, D.O.

Dr. Clayton Garrett was born and raised in Southeast Oklahoma. He attended Durant Public Schools, graduating in 2003. He then went on to earn a Bachelors in Biology from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Garrett graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. He completed his residency training in Durant in Family Practice. He is married to Katie and they have twins, Hunter and Avery. They are very excited to soon call Johnston County their home.
 

Glenda Cross, APRN-CNP

Glenda was born and raised in Atoka County, but has called Bryan County home for the past 28 years. Glenda attended Murray State College and earned her RN degree in 1997, but then returned to school to further her education by earning a Bachelors' from East Central University in Ada in 2000 and then a Masters' of Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2005. She enjoyed hands on patient care and teaching so she returned to the University of Texas and earned her Post-Masters' degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2008. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She enjoys; spending time with her husband, children and grandson, as well as camping and shopping.
 

Una McElhany, APRN-CNP

Una McElhany was born and raised in southeast Kansas and graduated from Humboldt High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pittsburg (Kansas) State University in 1996 and a Master of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas in 1998. Subsequently, she worked in radio, newspaper, television, and public relations. Having been interested in health care for some time, she later returned to Pittsburg State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2010. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). For pleasure, she enjoys outdoors activities with her husband, visiting with friends, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
 

Jessica Keeling, APRN-CNP

Jessica was born in Texas but has called Durant, OK her home since she was 11 years old. Jessica became a LPN in 2007 and furthered her education with the University of Oklahoma in 2009 by becoming a RN and obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. In 2014, she received a Masters of Science in Nursing from Saint Joseph's College of Maine. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her daughter, enjoying friends and family, working out, and traveling.

Thomas Jarvis, D.O.

Dr. Jarvis was born in Duncan, OK and raised in Rush Springs, OK. He graduated from Rush Springs High School in 2001. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2006. He attended medical school at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, and graduated in 2010. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine in 2013 at the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma in Durant. Dr. Jarvis is a diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Jarvis has been married for 8 years to his beautiful wife, Jaymi. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
 

Tommie Stanberry, PA-C

Tommie Stanberry presently resides in Coalgate, Oklahoma. She graduated from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma in 1983 with a Bachelor degree in Nursing. After practicing as an RN for several years, she wanted to get more involved with her patients. Going back to school, Tommie received her Masters of Physician Assistant studies from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Her hobbies include bowling and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She enjoys providing health care services to Coalgate and surrounding areas by working at FHCSO.

Reubin Wigdor, Ph.D.

Reubin Wigdor, Ph. D. was born in the Bronx, New York. He spent two years in the medical corporation in Fort Sill, Oklahoma from January 1957 to January 1959. He earned an M.S. degree in biology and chemistry at Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, NJ in 1964 then an M.A. degree in Psychology at the same university in 1966. He did research at New York University Medical School from 1963 to 1968, two years in the Department of Neurosurgery and four years in the Department of Neurophysiology. He returned to Oklahoma to earn his Ph. D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1971. His major area of study was Learning and Motivation and minored in Physiological Psychology. He spent 34 years on the faculty of East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, retiring as chair of the Psychology Department in 1971. He is a licensed psychologist and a licensed professional counselor in Oklahoma, and has been in private practice and consulting in Oklahoma for the past 30 years. He enjoys the outdoors, fishing and traveling.
 

Sharon Teafatiller, MBS, LPC, LADC

Sharon Teafatiller, MBS, LPC, LADC was born in Arkansas but raised in eastern Oklahoma. She moved with her family to Durant in 1966. She graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with her Bachelor's Degree in 1985 with a major in psychology and minor in business administration. She earned her Masters of Behavioral Studies in Psychology in 1987. She has worked in community mental health since 1979. She has been affiliated with the Veteran's Administration and provided counseling to combat veterans since 1994. She became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 1996 and Licensed Alcohol/Drug Counselor in 2005. Sharon and her husband, Milton, have been married for 40 years and have one son and three wonderful grandchildren. They moved to rural Johnston County in 1998. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys working in her flower gardens and greenhouse; she enjoys reading and fishing.
 

Melissa Dewbre, LPC

Melissa was born in southern Oklahoma and raised in Ringling, where she graduated high school in 2005. She graduated from East Central University in 2009 with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a minor in Business. She continued with her education at East Central University and obtained her Master's of Science in Psychological Services in 2011. She completed her supervision requirements in 2013, and has since been practicing as a licensed professional counselor. She enjoys being outdoors, staying physically active, and reading good books.
 

Jessica Lawley, LPC Candidate

Jessica Lawley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who is employed by Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma, (FHCSO). She began her education journey at Murray State College where she received an Associate of Arts Degree in December 1998. In 2010, she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University accredited through, National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). April 20 2013, she passed the required National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification. Before she graduated from graduate school in Spring 2013, she was awarded Outstanding Graduate Student of the Year in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. May 11, 2013 she graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, accredited through, Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Education Program (CACREP). Her most recent accomplishment was receiving National Board Certification for Certified Counselors accruing the credential as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

Chance Lawless, DDS

Chance Lawless is a native of Rattan, OK, and completed his undergraduate degree at University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, AR. He attended dental school at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, receiving his DDS degree in 2006. After graduation Chance completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at OU. This program focused on advanced training in cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the Oklahoma Dental Association.
 

Shanetha Collier, DDS

Shanetha Collier is a native of Durant, Oklahoma and a graduate of Durant High School. She attended Oklahoma State University, where she obtained a bachelor of science degree in chemistry with honors. From there she attended and recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. While in school, Shanetha had the opportunity to travel to Peru and Mexico for medical mission trips and is looking forward to continuing this type of mission alongside her career. She is excited to be joining the team at FHCSO Tishomingo and looks forward to helping patients with their dental needs. Currently, Shanetha holds memberships with the Oklahoma Dental Association and the American Dental Association. She is an avid OSU fan and enjoys attending sporting events, spending time with family and friends, and traveling in her spare time.
 

Jeff Muszynski, DDS

Dr. Muszynski was born and raised in Arizona. He graduated from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX with a degree in Business Marketing and a minor in chemistry. From there he attended dental school and graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. He's a member of both the Oklahoma and American Dental Associations. His wife, Kayla, is also studying to be a dentist and will graduate from OU College of Dentistry in 2015. When he's not taking care of your smile he loves hanging out with his wife and kid - a German Shorthaired Pointer.
