Telehealth Instructions and Information

During the COVID-19 pandemic, FHCSO is working to reduce exposure risks for our patients by offering telehealth visits. These visits are conducted through your web browser and allow you to have a face-to-face, audio/video visit with your provider from your home.

What Is Required for a Telehealth Visit?

A successful telehealth visit requires the following technology:

  • A Good Internet Connection
  • A Computer or Smartphone (Android or iOS) with camera and microphone
  • A Modern Web Browser:
    • Chrome
    • Firefox
    • Safari

Do I Need Any Software?

No. Our telehealth solution runs entirely from within your browser. No software other than a modern web browser is required.

Do I Need an Appointment?

Yes. You need to call and schedule an appointment with the clinic like your normally would.

How Do I Connect?

Click on of the links below in the "Telehealth Waiting Rooms" section. You will need to connect to the correct waiting room for your provider you are scheduled with.
