Stephanie Jones

Stephanie Jones was raised at the foothills of the cascade mountains in Washington state and went to medical school in the Appalachian mountains of Kentucky. She graduated medical school in 2020 and completed her residency training in Durant, Oklahoma. While life has taken her far from Washington, she has felt most at home here in southeastern Oklahoma. She looks forward to becoming part of the community and establishing roots here with her three sons.

John Siegle

Dr. Siegle is passionate about bringing education and resources to rural communities. He has created the Maternity Deserts Project. Dr. Siegle states ” I have devoted my career to providing

care for the women of south-central Oklahoma. We have seen an alarming decrease in the number of maternity healthcare providers in our area of the state. By partnering with the Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma and Central Oklahoma Family Medical Center, I have been allowed to extend my care to a greater number of people. Over a 40-year career, I have pretty much seen it all. I just want to make a difference, and my experience in rural women’s health will allow me to accomplish this.”

Dr. Paul Reel

Dr. Paul Reel was born and raised in Texas. He graduated from East Texas State University and went to medical school at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. Upon completion of medical school he entered and completed his Internship and Residency in Family Practice in Kingsport, Tennessee.

From there he began a private practice in Davis, Oklahoma, working for eight years before coming to FHCSO in Tishomingo. Paul has been blessed with the opportunity to do mission work in Africa and Cambodia, as well as, Mexico and here in the States. His passion is serving God and he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

He is also known for giving some of the best hugs!!

Dr. Craig Couvillion

Dr. Craig Couvillion was born in Baton Rouge, LA, and is born and bred a Cajun. He moved from there to San Antonio, but grew up in Dallas. He attended the University of North Texas in Denton and has a bachelors in psychology as well as a masters in counseling. Couvillion was working as a professional counselor in the Dallas area before going to medical school at the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio. Following that, he attended the Internal Medicine Residency program at the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. After residency, he worked as a hospitalist in Ardmore before leaving hospital medicine to pursue a career as an outpatient internist. Outside of work, he enjoys being active with activities such as cycling and weight lifting as well as landscaping and remodeling. He also enjoy recreational boating at Lake Texoma and lives close to the lake on a ranch which his family owns.

Ruth Fereday, PA-C

Ruth Fereday, PA-C, is a proud Atoka County native with a deep-rooted commitment to both medicine and service. She earned her Physician Assistant degree from the University of North Dakota and went on to serve as a Major in the U.S. Army Medical Specialist Corps before retiring. Now, she enjoys life on her ranch in northern Atoka County, where she raises cattle, horses, and rescue dogs.

Dr. Jody Wilson

Dr. Jody Wilson will be joining FHCSO every Wednesday at our Tishomingo location.

He is originally from Texas where he went to medical school in Houston. He then completed a three year residency in Pediatrics at Texas A&M Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Tx. Dr. Wilson has worked as a Pediatrician in Oklahoma since 2007. In his spare time he enjoys exercising, reading and spending time with his family.

We are so excited to have Dr. Wilson joining our team and expand our resources! Pediatrics is the branch of medicine dealing with the health and medical care of infants, children, and adolescents from birth up to the age of 18. We strive to always bring resources to our rural communities and we are so happy to now offer Pediatric services with Dr. Wilson.

Amy Gamble

Amy Gamble grew up in South Florida. She relocated to Oklahoma City after nursing school in 2004 to be closer to family. She started her RN career at OU Children’s Hospital in 2004. She especially enjoyed working in the Pediatric ICU and Neonatal ICU. She brings 20 years of pediatric nursing experience to Southern Oklahoma. She loves all things pediatrics and is committed to caring for her patients and their familes. Additionally, she has experience in the emergency room and has worked in the Texoma area for 12 years. She is a Certified Pediatric Nurse through PNCB. She graduated with her MSN from Texas Woman’s University in 2023 and is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP. She lives in Silo with her husband and two boys; in her free time, she loves traveling, fishing and going to the lake.

Heather Workman

Heather Workman has been a Johnston-Bryan County resident since birth and grew up in Nida, Oklahoma. She graduated from Silo High School 1995. She taught middle and high school science before returning to college and obtaining an associate degree in nursing at Murray State College in 2002. She attended University of Oklahoma College of Nursing and graduated 2010. Heather graduated from the University of Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner Program 2012. Heather has two teenage daughters who keep her busy with athletic and school activities. She enjoys gardening, music events and spending time with her family and friends.

Linda Richardson

Linda Richardson was born and raised in eastern Colorado – wheat country. She moved to Oklahoma to complete her children’s education at Corn Bible Academy. After her children graduated, she and her husband sold their farm and Linda became an LPN in Labor and Delivery in 2003. She continued working in L&D while earning her BSN online through OU in 2009. She transitioned to working as a Labor and Delivery RN where she decided she really enjoyed teaching patients and student so she obtained her Master’s degree in nursing education with OU in 2014. While she enjoyed teaching, working with expectant families continued to be her main interest and she continued working L&D. Discussing career moves with a co-worker encouraged her to continue her education with a Family Nurse Practitioner Post-Master’s certificate through Maryville University, graduating in May of 2021.

She became certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in June of 2021. After many years of working in Labor and Delivery with Dr. Siegle, a position opened collaborating with him to provide obstetric care to southern Oklahoma in Tishomingo. Linda enjoys time with her husband on their “farm” and spending time with her two granddaughters.

Nicole Toney

Nicole Toney was born in Durant, Oklahoma and has two kids (16 & 10), two stepdaughters (5 & 7), 4 dogs and is engaged. She obtained her LPN in 2008 at KTC, and worked as an LPN for 10 years. She later received her RN at MSC in 2018 and her BSN from OPSU in 2020. Nicole has since graduated from United States University in October of 2022 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Nicole started with us at FHCSO as an RN, while completing NP school and clinical rotations. She has been an absolute rockstar to our medical department and we are so thrilled to have her continue to advance with us as a company! Nicole is also wound-care certified and works as an injector our Med Spa, The Oaks by FHCSO in Tishomingo, OK.

Carol Black

Carol Black was raised in Olney, Oklahoma and lives in Coalgate, Oklahoma.

She attended Murray State College, earning her RN degree 1997, and then went on to Oklahoma Wesleyan University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in the Science of Nursing in 2000. She earned a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2017.

She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Carol enjoys spending time with family, especially her husband, children, and two dogs.

Tess Daniels

Tess Daniels was born and raised in Atoka, and she is thrilled to give back to the community that shaped her. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2020 from East Central University and worked as a Registered Nurse in labor and delivery/nursery until 2023. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Texas Woman’s University. Tess is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with a particular passion for women’s health. She looks forward to serving the community with the highest level of care and compassion.

Tess is married to Wyatt Daniel, and together they have a delightful and energetic daughter, Jozeigh, who will turn 2 this year.

Tasha Cummins

Tasha Cummins was born and raised in Durant. Tasha became an LPN in 2009 and furthered her education becoming an RN by obtaining her Associates in Applied Science Degree in Nursing at Murray State College and worked in the Emergency Room. She later obtained Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oklahoma City University. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing at Purdue University Global. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She enjoys spending time with her children and family.

Joseph Hutchings, APRN-CNP

Joseph “Joey” Hutchings is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma and currently resides in Durant. He began his healthcare career in 1995 as an LPN and continued advancing his education, earning an Associate Degree in Nursing from Eastern Oklahoma State College in 2000, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Central University in 2013, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University in 2017. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, sons, and grandsons.

Angie Frost

Angie Frost is an Atoka County native. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University in 1999 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Family Practice at the University of St. Francis, Albuquerque campus, in 2011.

She resides locally and enjoys spending time with her family.

Cole Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

I am a lifelong resident of southeastern Oklahoma and have dedicated my life to serving others. After serving in the U.S. Army with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Central University in 2017. I spent five years as an ICU nurse, obtaining critical care and cardiac medicine certifications through the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, followed by three years in interventional cardiology and home infusion nursing.

In 2025, I graduated from East Texas A&M University with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. My first introduction to Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma was during my clinical rotations in internal medicine and women’s health, where I was impressed by the organization’s commitment to patient care. I knew immediately that FHSCO was the place where I wanted to continue my mission of service.

I look forward to building strong relationships with my patients based on trust and shared decision-making. I believe that sincere empathy and truly listening to patients are the foundation of excellent care, when patients feel heard, half the battle is already won.

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my wife, Jamie, for 15 years, and we have a young son, Titus. I’m a music enthusiast who plays several instruments, and I always enjoy chatting about favorite guitarists or albums with anyone who shares the passion.

Toni McLemore

Toni McLemore is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients across the lifespan. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Oklahoma, and holds a Master’s degree in Sport Studies with a focus on Exercise Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and her Associate Degree in Nursing from Murray State College. Her training blends advanced clinical practice with a strong foundation in lifestyle medicine, allowing her to partner with patients to improve health through nutrition, physical activity, and appropriate medical therapy.

Toni practices full-spectrum primary care and is passionate about incorporating individualized diet and exercise counseling into her visits, believing that sustainable nutrition and movement habits are powerful tools in disease prevention, chronic condition management, and overall quality of life. She partners closely with her patients to set realistic goals, target health risks early, and improve outcomes through both medical treatment and lifestyle change.

Before entering advanced practice, Toni worked as a labor/delivery/nursery nurse for 16 years before spending 13 years as a district school nurse and health science education instructor. At Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma, she is proud to serve patients with thoughtful, guideline-driven care rooted in compassion and whole-person wellness.

Outside of clinic, she is married and has 3 children.

Alexandria Gibby

My name is Alexandria Gibby, APRN-CNP and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Central University and began my career in the Intensive Care Unit at Baylor Scott & White in McKinney, Texas. Working in critical care shaped my clinical foundation and strengthened my passion for advocating for patients and their families.

I later earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, allowing me to expand my ability to care for individuals across all stages of life. I strive to make every patient feel heard, supported, and confident in their healthcare journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy a full life with my husband Tyler—our son, Callahan, and our two German Shepherds, Ace and Meeka. Becoming a mom has added even more empathy and purpose to the care I provide, and I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve my community both professionally and personally.

Darci Bowen

Darci Bowen joined the Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma in December 2025. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

With more than 14 years of experience, Darci has provided care across a wide range of healthcare settings, including hospital care, home health, urgent care, family practice, tribal health services, occupational health, and wound care. Her diverse background allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to patient care.

A graduate of Silo High School, Darci earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, in 2011, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2017.

Darci lives in Brown, Oklahoma, with her husband, Derek, and their two children, Harper and Bennett. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, reading, traveling, and staying active in her children’s many activities.

Darci values building strong relationships with patients and involving them in the decision-making process. She views her role in healthcare as a meaningful way to serve others and give back to the community. She is especially passionate about improving access to healthcare in rural and underserved areas.

Gabriella Jones

Gabriella Jones grew up in San Francisco before moving to Oklahoma in middle school, a shift that shaped her understanding of geographic gaps in healthcare. She earned her undergraduate degree in North Carolina, then returned to Oklahoma to complete a Master of Public Health at Oklahoma State University. Gabriella spent two years with a national nonprofit in Kingston, Oklahoma, before joining FHCSO as Outreach Director in 2021, expanding access, strengthening
community partnerships, and elevating health education across rural communities. She pursued clinical training at the University of Utah and is now a board-certified Physician Assistant, bringing both clinical expertise and public health insight to underserved populations.
Gabriella is driven by a mission to improve rural health and ensure accessibility for communities that need it most. She focuses on bridging gaps where they are most deeply felt, blending her clinical skills with public health knowledge. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband and their dog, always seeking new adventures and ways to connect with communities.

Dr. Janet Julian

Dr. Janet Julian graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1984. She began working for her first FQHC in 2017 in McAlester where she served the community for 7 years. She loves being able to spend her working days helping people better understand the significance of oral health and helping them love their smile again. In her spare time, she enjoys musical theater and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Muhammad Rishi

Dr. Muhammad Rishi is from Dallas, Texas. He attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for his dental degree. At Tufts, he was presented with numerous merit scholarships and was inducted into OKU National Dental Honors Society for his academic achievements. After graduating, Dr. Rishi was selected as a General Practice Resident at the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine and affiliated with Cambridge Health Alliance. Dr. Rishi has trained under world leaders in dental medicine and is experienced in all facets of general practice. Dr. Rishi enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with his family in Texas.

Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth Smith graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with her bachelor’s in business management in 2013 and later decided to go to Dental Hygiene School at Collin College in McKinney, Texas and graduated with honors in 2022. Elizabeth has a passion for helping and serving others and loves doing so through her work each day.

When she is not working, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her son Ben, daughter Kennedy, and her husband, Chris. She loves taking family vacations, going to all the sports events her son plays, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Savannah McGuire

Savannah McGuire is originally from Velma, OK. Savannah graduated from Murray State College with an associate degree in Arts and Science in 2021, then graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene in 2024. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and working out.

Natalea Harcrow is originally from Tishomingo, OK. Natalea graduated from Murray State College with an associate’s degree in arts and science in 2021, then graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in dental Hygiene in 2024. In her free time, she likes to
spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys going to the lake and doing anything outdoors.

Ashley Rogers, MSW, LCSW

Ashley Rogers serves as the Behavioral Health Director at FHCSO in Tishomingo, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. A Tishomingo native, Ashley is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for individuals to share their stories, feel heard, and find their voice.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Social Work from East Central University in 2011 and completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Oklahoma in 2013. She became licensed through the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers in 2017. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals across the lifespan, with extensive experience supporting the geriatric population.

Outside the clinic, Ashley enjoys life with her husband, their three children, and their two golden retrievers, Milly and Remy, FHCSO’s beloved therapy dogs. She can often be found cheering on her kids at their sporting events, spending time outdoors with her family, or enjoying the Oklahoma countryside through hunting and outdoor activities.

Devon Gilbert

Devon Gilbert was born and raised in Tishomingo, where she graduated high school in 2009. She recently moved back to Tishomingo after living in Norman, Oklahoma. Devon graduated from East Central University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Social Work degree, and a minor in psychology. Devon continued her education at the University of Oklahoma where she obtained her Master of Social Work in 2015. She completed her supervision requirements in 2020, earning her LCSW, and has since been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Devon enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, and traveling to the mountains.

Melissa Blackburn, LPC, PMH-C

Melissa Blackburn, LPC, PMH-C, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of comprehensive experience serving children, teens, and adults. Drawing from her deep Oklahoma roots, Melissa strives to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals and families can heal and thrive. She is focused on teaching social-emotional regulation skills, emphasizing that strong emotional health is vital for overall well-being. Melissa holds a key certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), guiding mothers and fathers through recovery during a vulnerable life transition. Her extensive expertise also covers trauma recovery for children (TFCBT certified) and adults (CPT), general wellness (ACT, CBT), and strengthening relationships (Gottman Method-techniques). Melissa’s mission is to help others grow their perspectives, improve communication, and develop healthy habits that lead to more meaningful and fulfilling lives. She is also an approved LPC Supervisor, actively mentoring new professionals in the field. When she’s not in the office, you can often find her outdoors, chasing her kids around and staying active with her family.

Joy Gibson

Joy Gibson is originally from Tennessee, but has been in Coalgate for almost 18 years. She received her bachelor’s degree from a small college in Tennessee, Bethel College, and about 10 years later received her Master’s from East Central University. Joys passion is helping others be the best they can be, getting through rough times side by side until they are able to fly on their own. She has two teenage boys, and has recently gained a husband and two more boys for a FULL house. Joy loves watching her boys play ball, relaxing in her hammock, spending time with friends, and simply just being at home with her family.

Tisha Beshirs

Tisha Beshirs is a Licensed Professional Counselor serving the Kingston community through FHCSO’s Behavioral Health Team. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where she earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Following the completion of her graduate program, she fulfilled the requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counselor..

Tisha brings extensive experience to her role, having previously worked with Oklahoma Children’s Services and the Department of Human Services before transitioning into clinical counseling. Prior to joining FHCSO, she provided therapy services at two other community-based counseling agencies in the region.

Originally from Canton and Oakwood, Oklahoma, Tisha is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She is passionate about helping clients navigate difficult times and empowering them to rediscover hope and resilience. Outside of work, Tisha and her husband, Shannon—Chief of Police in Kingston—stay active in the community. They enjoy spending time with their large, blended family, attending school events, and participating in activities with the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club, Ardmore Chapter. In their free time, the Beshirs family enjoys cooking out and fishing together.
